3 dried red chillies, soaked in water for 20 minutes
2 garlic cloves
1 whole red bell pepper
5g parsley
5g cilantro
¼ tsp cumin seeds, dry roasted, powdered
½ tsp salt
squeeze lemon
1 red chilli (optional)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
IIn a food processor, add all the ingredients and blitz to a chutney like consistency. Add additional oil on top.
